Mr. Son is an all-about-coffee-man in Dalat.

He started planting coffee in 2005. But only until 2014, he discovered his passion for coffee and for high quality Arabica in particular.

His plantation, located in North East Dalat, at 1500 masl, is a 4ha farm with around 18000 Arabica trees (Main varieltals: Pacamara, Typica, Bourbon, and some others).

Each plant is taken care of by all his effort and heart. Then every November, the ripe berrys are carefully hand-picked and processed on-site for the best freshness and quality.

Not only a farmer/producer, Mr. Son also enjoys roasting, brewing coffee himself and shares with coffee passioners everywhere.

His passion for coffee’s getting huge, transform into his motivation to produce highest quality Arabica in Dalat.

In the next few years, Mr. Son will collaborate with other serious coffee farmers to improve the quality of Dalat coffee and put its name on the World Specialty Coffee map.
